STEM

At Holy Spirit Primary School Thornbury East, STEM learning encourages students to think critically, solve problems creatively and explore the world through inquiry, innovation and collaboration. Through Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics experiences, students develop the skills and confidence needed to engage with an ever-changing world.

Students are encouraged to investigate real-world problems, ask questions, test ideas and reflect on their learning through collaborative and practical experiences.

Our STEM program supports students to develop:
