To ensure we continue to meet all Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS) policies and Child Safety requirements, all parent helpers and volunteers must complete the appropriate induction process before volunteering at school.
We greatly value the support of our parent community and appreciate the time families give to assist within our school.
To volunteer at Holy Spirit, parents/carers are required to complete the following steps:
- Read the Parent Helper/Volunteer Induction Module
- Complete and sign the Parent Helper/Volunteer Form
- Sign the MACS Code of Conduct
- Sign the Child Safety Code of Conduct
Once completed, please visit the Administration Office and provide:
- Signed documentation (listed above)
- A copy of your Working With Children Check (WWCC) or relevant registration card (e.g. VIT Registration)
Alternatively, documents may be emailed to the school. If sending via email, please ensure you receive confirmation from our Administration team that your documents have been received.
Please note: some volunteers may have already provided copies of their WWCC or VIT registration previously. If these are already on file and current, you will not need to resubmit them.
Once all requirements have been completed and verified, please speak with your child’s teacher to begin volunteering your time within our school community.
